Corporate network management

We design, build and monitor your company network. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Certified engineers

Cabling is installed, terminated and certified by qualified network technicians using professional signal-measurement tools.

24/7 monitoring

The network is watched 365 days a year - availability reports, anomaly alerts and prompt intervention from our operations centre.

Built to last

We design scalable networks that grow with the company - no rebuilding everything in two years.

The most important infrastructure you never see

Everything runs on the network: ERP, telephony, cloud, backup. When the network slows down or stops, the company stops. Xion IT Group designs and implements corporate networks — including complex ones — at contained costs, engineered to last.

The technologies we use

Installation, termination and testing are performed by certified network engineers, who measure signal loss with professional instruments and certify the quality of the installation.

The network audit: what we check

Before proposing anything on an existing network we run a structured audit: physical and logical mapping, real-world performance measurements, cabling certification, security analysis (segmentation, wireless access, outdated devices) and single points of failure. The result is a report with clear priorities — urgent, recommended, deferrable — each with costs and benefits.

Continuous monitoring and management

A well-built network also needs watching. Our monitoring platform provides detailed availability reports, immediate anomaly alerts and prompt interventions coordinated by the operations centre — 24/7, 365 days a year.

When to rethink your network

Office moves or renovations, headcount growth, VoIP telephony arriving, IP video surveillance or connected production, recurring slowdowns nobody can explain. In all these cases, the site survey and project quote are free — contact us.

Frequently asked questions

Which cabling should we choose - CAT.5E, CAT.6 or fibre?

It depends on size, distances and expected traffic. CAT.6 is today's recommended standard for new offices; fibre optics is the right choice for backbones, building-to-building links and heavy loads. During the site survey we identify the best performance/cost option.

What does network monitoring include?

Advanced software constantly checks your devices and produces detailed availability reports. Any anomaly triggers an immediate alert to our operations centre, which intervenes promptly - often before the company notices anything.

Do you take over networks built by others?

Yes. We audit the existing network, certify the cabling, fix critical issues and take over management and monitoring.
